Stretch the packaging.

For the stretch film, all of these add up to some serious challenges. These 65 standard layers must be stretched at about 28 meters. Also, these 65 standard layers must maintain a perfect alignment of hundreds or thousands of pounds of water. The delicate balance of the packaging material can survive, and in the hundreds of miles behind the truck… But we don’t look like that. (imagine that this could happen even if you use reusable plastic trays!)

That’s why control is critical. Pre-stretching, wrapping force and layers need to be balanced to create the required control. So they can also hold the tray together.

More worrying than the boss, manager or marketer of the water company is that there is no such thing. They would wander through the shops and see their water bulging and crumbling pallets.

They spend so much time, energy and money creating the perfect retail experience. We all know that the last step is sometimes really just an afterthought. But it is vital. The challenges of packaging bottled water have increased dramatically because of sustainable improvements. For companies that change the packaging elements, what they should do is carefully consider the delivery of the product. We’re not going to be delivered because you didn’t hear about the damage claim, and your product is delivered as you would like.

Distribution center – there is a need for steroids.

In a different, even more challenging situation, there is a quick note of attention.

The pallet loaded water is tough enough because it is built by a consistent unit. As above. However, for many bottled water, carbonated beverages (CSD), dairy products and energy drinks, they are delivered from distribution centers. We have broken the full tray. And the order was picked. Usually, these orders are stacked on a pallet.

To better guide the DCs staff to select orders in the order is great warehouse management and order selection software. Their goal is to enable them to build reasonably stable loads. But, usually, it’s the operative period.

Typically, the components of a DC load are boxes and units of different shapes and sizes. They’re always stacked up together. And they are also encased in trucks. Usually, the roads in these places are compared with the highways, which are potholed. Moreover, frequent start and stop is excluded, and they are delivered through the elevator door.

This creates a set of conditions that are almost impossible. We will discuss these conditions in future articles. Fast stretching packaging is a need – it is entirely possible to use an automatic high-speed device. Typically, this device is not compatible with a tray jack dc environment. How to use the machine to the packing is not the same as the one always load is another way – to the top of the irregular, in all corners of the hand, and all kinds of load from the inboard to outboard, they are almost no predictability.
