Here are some obvious things about stretch wrapping

Here are some obvious things about stacking trays, but these are often overlooked.

“Ready for life.” These three simple words are the mission statement of the boy scouts of America.

The key to success in the woods is preparation. And we can see that this is the key to getting your product to your customers.

The more you focus on early preparation steps, the more likely you are to succeed.

Starting with how you stack your tray load is the foundation of successful stretching packaging. The bottom of the stack tray load is what we want to know. So the question was discussed by us and the experts.

This is an excerpt from Mike, a stretching packaging expert from L company. The main manufacturer of the stretching packaging and other packaging machines is him, and the principle of stacked loads is also well explained by him.

Q: do you know what people should know best about stacking?

A: A load needs to be stacked because it needs to keep the layers consistent and stable as much as possible. If you want to pile up a square load, you need to use a box. Generally, the load on an order selection is unstable and the stability is different.

If they are heavy square boxes, they usually rotate very well on the turntable. However, if a very high light load or very high or high order is owned by you, reducing the height of the load may be what you need to do. Wrapping it on a machine is also what you need to do, where the load is not required to rotate.

Second, it makes sense to ask. Do they have to be stacked?

A: the heaviest products need to be placed at the bottom of the tray. The lightest items need to be placed on top. If the weight distribution is not correct, the situation of crushing or damaging the product can occur.

Third, do you know what the tray is?

A: it’s not possible for your load to exceed the pallet or sit too much. Keeping load equal to or on a tray is what you need to do. For example, if a box reaches over 2 inches from the tray, it could damage your product. If the load pallet is much smaller than the circumference, then it is impossible to lock the load onto the tray.

In short, the first step to successful shipment is to load the load. But if you don’t put in the first effort, everything will go downhill, just like the boy scouts who get lost in the woods.
